Knife Skills Workshop March

Having proper knife skills is an integral part of being a great cook. Your food will not only be more visually appealing, it will also cook more evenly and you will have less waste when you prepare your favorite dishes. We will cover 7 different knife cuts, knife maintenance, and well cook a few simple things to demonstrate how to apply your new techniques. Menu: Verde Salad with Grilled Corn, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Avocado and Cilantro and Lime Dressing Corn Chowder with Bacon, Fire Roasted Jalapeo and Smoked Cheddar $60 per person plus tax
