Gallant Woods Park includes over 2 miles of trails for hiking through a variety of habitats: woodland, wetland and prairie. This park includes the Interpretive Gateway, where displays engage the park visitor and illustrate how the park was converted from farmland to parkland, with a focus on vernal pools. The park features a playground and a sledding hill for the children, along with a reservable picnic shelter. Leashed pets are welcome on the trails.
